Here we proudly share the gift of mindfulness! Our age-appropriate methods focus on games and fun activities, ensuring that learning these essential skills is engaging and enjoyable for everyone.

The course content is designed for use over one to three school term(s) but it is easily adapted to span the entire academic year for continued impact

dots Curriculum for ages 3-6
Lessons are designed to be flexible and varied and can be adopted to meet the needs of our students.
Each session is split into 3 sets of 10 lessons. Each lesson is delivered in discrete 10-25 minutes sessions and each one is expertly crafted for use to teach a distinct mindfulness SUPERPOWER.
Course content is based around three key interconnecting themes - awareness, connections, and emotions

Lessons are flexible and varied and can be taught as twelve 30-60 minutes lessons or can be grouped into pairs and delivered over six sessions (a term).
Each lesson is expertly crafted to teach a distinct mindfulness skills.

Playing with our attention

Exploring how the attention can move around, narrow down or broaden out in focus

Learning about how the attention is also like a puppy, but can be trained with an attitude of kindness, patience and repetition

What happens when we wobble?
